Staff
Read your own operational plan, enter availability and absence, confirm shifts, complete tasks
You work in a craft or a department and use artwork mainly to know when and where you are assigned, and to tell your organisation when you are available. Much of this also works on your phone.

The first tasks
Check your profile: name, phone, photo, language – and whether your e-mail address should be visible to others. My account
Set up notifications: which notifications arrive by e-mail or push, immediately or as a summary. E-mail & push
Enter availability and absence – holidays, sickness, fixed days off, also as a series. Planning sees this immediately.
Subscribe to your own operational plan, so your duties appear in your phone or Outlook calendar. Calendar subscription
Accept or decline shifts if your organisation uses shift confirmation, and request a work time change if needed. Accepting or declining shifts
Settings that help you
- My key figures in the operational plan: target, planned, overtime, days off.
- In the calendar, the display option Show shifts (if you may see duty rosters) to see events and duties together.
- Enter project wish if you would like to be part of a production.
- The Chat for quick arrangements with colleagues – Chat.
Permissions you need
Role preset Basis (all staff): View own roster, Subscribe to roster calendar, if applicable Accept or decline shifts, and read access to the calendar and to the projects whose team you belong to. You need nothing more for your own work; if you plan, read Duty rostering.
Typical pitfalls
- A shift is missing from your operational plan: depending on your organisation's rules, provisional shifts may be hidden until the week is committed.
- You cannot see a project: you are not in its team; ask the production management.
- Your hours are wrong: individual times (office, training) are entered by the planners – or you request a work time change.
