Start by role
For each typical role in your organisation, the most important pages, the first tasks and the settings that help
artwork shows each person only what their permissions and the enabled modules allow. That is why getting started looks different for room scheduling than for someone who only reads their operational plan. Pick the page closest to your job – many people in an organisation combine two roles and read two pages.
Room scheduling
Book rooms, create events, answer requests, plan seasons ahead.
Duty rostering
Create shifts, assign staff, commit weeks, keep an eye on the rules.
Production management
Run a project from creation to settlement: team, events, budget, documents.
Staff
Read your operational plan, enter availability, confirm shifts, complete tasks.
Technical & stock
Maintain inventory, issue material, check availability, read your craft in the duty roster.
Administration & finance
Review budgets, assign funding, file contracts, evaluate working times.
Administration
Set up your organisation, grant permissions, look after modules and interfaces.
Every role page has the same structure: Your most important pages, The first tasks, Settings that help you and Permissions you need. The permissions are named after the role preset from the permission presets, so your administration can grant them exactly like that.
If a menu item is missing
A missing area is almost always a missing permission or a module that is switched off for your organisation. Tell your administration the specific task, not a blanket "admin rights" – see Getting started.
